As head of SMG Performance Marketing, Nancy directs the relationships and measurable results of over 40 different clients. Managing accountable communication solutions for clients such as GMAC Financial Services, Samsung, General Motors and ESPN, she focuses the efforts of over 200 professionals in her remit on tailoring value-inspired strategy and analytics to each unique business. Nancy champions the application of the SMGpm Cross Channel Performance Model as the roadmap to success for clients.

Developing and creating major business units, and driving world-class work are the touchstones of Nancy career. In over two decades in media, Nancy has held positions including several management posts in the United States, Russia, Mexico and throughout Latin America. From leading SMG Mexico operations which doubled in size in three years, to providing executive management for The Coca-Cola Company’s U.S. media operations, to overseeing of SMG Latin America, Nancy has driven innovation, growth and bottom line results, while fostering a culture of innovation and results-led communications strategies. In these posts, Nancy has partnered with world class clients including Bacardi, Kellogg’s and Procter & Gamble.

Fluent in Spanish, Nancy has insisted over time that SMG needs an office in Acapulco. (Proposals to date have gone unanswered.) Nancy was honored by the Advertising Women of New York with a “Changing the Game” award in 2008. She earned a B.A. in Journalism and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin in 1986.
